Do I really need a rug pad?

Additionally, they can protect your flooring from scratches and wear, prolonging the life of both your rug and the floor beneath it.

Will a rug pad damage my floors?

A high-quality rug pad engineered for area rugs will not damage your floors- in fact, it helps protect them. The key is choosing the right pad for your flooring type. We only offer pads made from safe, non-damaging materials that won't stain, discolor, or stick to hardwood, tile, laminate, or other surfaces. Avoid cheap, repurposed wall-to-wall carpet pads which can trap moisture or leave marks over time.

Do you custom cut rug pads to fit my rug?

Yes, we do. Many hand-woven rugs have uneven ends and sides, so it's best to custom-cut the pads to fit the rug. We also cut custom sizes for rugs with unusual dimensions 

Are your rug pads eco-friendly or made from natural materials?

Our pads are made from recycled materials for the carpet industry, while not made from natural material, they are repurposed from materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

What's the best rug pad for pet owners?

Our pads are an excellent choice for pet owners since they are waterproof, protect hardwood floors, and are washable. We can wash your pad just like we wash your rug.
