Once rinsed, rugs are gently extracted to remove excess moisture without stressing the weave. Here we use rug centrifuges to remove as much as ninety percent of the water in a rug. We then dry rugs in a humidity- and temperature-controlled environment to prevent shrinkage, warping, or dye bleeding. Proper rinsing and drying are essential to a complete and safe rug cleaning process.
